Help Us with “Harvest of Peace”

As our first fundraiser, we are going to publish an international cookbook called Harvest of Peace! We will incorporate authentic recipes, short thoughts or memories about the dish, and even pictures of some of the contributors!

We need your help!

Please submit your favorite recipes. To make this cookbook even more memorable, we are also getting submissions from our PeacePals in other countries, so it promises to be a unique smorgasbord of delightful foods.

Here is what we need:

1. Your Name
2. Age
3. Country
4. Name of Dish
5. Ingredients
6. Directions
7. Anything else you would like to share about the dish or yourself!

So dig into those recipes and send us your best! You can email (preferably handwritten and scanned, if possible) us, or send a letter by "snail mail" to Project PeacePal, PO Box 6681, Albuquerque, NM 87197. Be sure to include your name, so that we can put it in the cookbook with your recipe.

We Will be selling the completed cookbooks, which we are hoping to have completed in November 2009, just in time for the holidays! Be on the look out for more information.
